On the izneo Android app :

Several scenarios are possible depending on the model of your phone. Try one of those below. At least one of them should work.


Scenario 1 :

  • On your device’s home screen, press and hold down the izneo application icon.

  • A message should appear saying something like “Application info”

  • Continue holding down the icon and drag it onto this message.

  • A page will open where you should see the “Clear cache” option 

Scenario 2 :

  • Go to the “All apps” page, usually represented on the home screen by an icon with nine dots.

  • Press the “izneo” icon, keep holding it down and drag it to the message saying something like “Application info”

  • A page will open where you should see the “Clear cache” option 

Scenario 3 :

  • On the home screen, press and hold down the izneo application icon

  • A small window should open below the icon with the message “Application info”

  • Press this message. A page should open featuring the message “Storage” 

  • When you click on “Storage” you should see a new message saying “Clear cache” which you will need to click on to clear your cache.

Via Nintendo Switch :

  • Go to “System settings”,

  • Scroll down to “System”,

  • Scroll to the bottom of that menu to select "Formatting Options."

  • "Reset Cache" will appear at the very top. Click it.

  • Click "Reset" to finalize.
