In the izneo application for Android:

  • Make sure that you are logged in.

  • Head to “My space.”

  • Then go to “My account” via the icon in the top right-hand corner of the screen.

  • Click on “Sync my purchases” to sync your library.

  • If you experience ongoing problems, please contact customer service at: Be sure to provide the name of the album in question and the email address associated with your izneo account. Our team will do its best to rectify the problem as quickly as possible.

In the izneo application for iOS:

  • 1st scenario: In the application, go to “Library” and hold down a finger anywhere on the space where your albums are displayed and slide down toward the bottom of the screen until a spinning wheel appears and then lift up your finger.

  • 2nd scenario: If the 1st scenario was unsuccessful, tap the icon in the top left-hand corner of the screen (a person with three horizontal lines) and select “Recover my purchases.”
