At www.izneo.com :
Click on your profile icon.
Click on “My account.”
Head to “Personal information / Parental control,” then click on “Unlink my account.”
If you are using the Android application:
Log in with your account affiliated with the Orange offer.
Go to “My space” (the icon is located at the bottom right-hand corner)
Tap your profile icon or photo.
Scroll down to the bottom of the drop-down menu.
Tap on “Unlink my Orange account.”
If you are using the iOS application:
This option is currently not available via the iOS application. Please refer to “How do I unlink my Orange and izneo accounts? > At www.izneo.com.”
