At :

  • Click on your profile icon.

  • Click on “My account.”

  • Head to “Personal information / Parental control,” then click on “Unlink my account.”

If you are using the Android application:

  • Log in with your account affiliated with the Orange offer. 

  • Go to “My space” (the icon is located at the bottom right-hand corner)

  • Tap your profile icon or photo.

  • Scroll down to the bottom of the drop-down menu.

  • Tap on “Unlink my Orange account.”

If you are using the iOS application:
