On the website:
Check that you are logged in.
Click on the “Subscribe” button on the right of the home page search bar.
Select the “izneo Premium” offer and enter your payment method.
You now have access to the subscription.
Via the Android app:
Check that you are logged in.
Tap on the icon consisting of three horizontal lines at the top left-hand corner of the screen.
Then tap on “Discover Subscriptions” in the “My Subscriptions” tab.
Now tap on “Try it out for free”.
You will then need to enter your Google Play username and password and your payment method.
You now have access to the subscription.
Via the iOS app:
Check that you are logged in.
Tap on the icon consisting of three horizontal lines at the top left-hand corner of the screen.
Then tap the arrow in the “Subscription” tab.
Now tap on “I try it for free”.
You will then need to enter your App Store username and password and your payment method.
You now have access to the subscription.
Via Nintendo Switch:
Click on the “Subscribe to izneo Premium” slide.
Click on the button inviting you to subscribe.
Select your payment method and confirm payment.
You now have access to the subscription.
