Downloading problems are often related to a weak internet connection while the album was downloading. In this case, be sure to check your internet connection.
Start the download again.
If you continue having trouble, especially regarding one specific title, please contact customer service at: firstname.lastname@example.org. Be sure to provide the name of the album in question. Our team will work on solving the problem as quickly as possible.
