Check that you are logged in and have the subscriber home page open. You should see “izneo subscriber area” at the top left of the screen on the website, or the switch button (Subscriber / Shop or Abo / All) should be visible on the app.
If you are not in the subscriber area on the website, you can access it by clicking on the “Subscriber Area” button to the right of the home page search bar.
