On the website:
Log in on the izneo website with your username and password
Click on the gear wheel icon at the top right-hand corner of your screen.
You can now click on the different tabs to view and/or modify your personal information.
Via the Android app:
Make sure you are logged in
Tap on the “menu” icon consisting of three horizontal lines at the top left-hand corner of the screen.
You can now tap on the different tabs to view and/or modify your personal information (using the “Edit” button to the right of “My Personal Information”).
Via the iOS app:
Make sure you are logged in
Tap on the “menu” icon consisting of three horizontal lines at the top left-hand corner of the screen.
Then enter your username or email address
You can now view and/or modify your personal information.
Via Nintendo Switch:
Go to “My account”.
You can now view your personal information. However, it is not possible to modify this information from the Nintendo Switch app
