In the izneo application for Android: 


Scenario 1:

  • On your device’s home page, press and hold down the izneo application icon. 

  • Text should appear saying something like “Application information.”

  • Continue holding down the icon and slide the icon onto this text.

  • A page will appear where you should see a “Clear cache” option.


Scenario 2:

  • Head to “All applications,” which is generally an icon with nine dots at the bottom of your home screen.

  • Press down on the izneo icon, keep holding it down, and slide it to the text similar to “Application information.”

  • A page will open where you should see a “Clear cache” option.


Scenario 3 :

  • From your home screen, press and hold down the izneo application icon. 

  • Underneath the icon, you should see a small window with text similar to “Application information.”

  • Tap this text. A page should open featuring “Storage.”

  • When you click on “Storage,” new text should appear saying “Clear cache,” which you will need to select in order to clear your cache.


In the izneo application for iOS:

  • Make sure that you have exited the izneo application by pressing your device’s Home button twice and then sliding the izneo screen to the top of your screen.

  • On your device’s home screen, select the Settings icon.

  • In the left-hand column, select the “izneo” icon and then the “Clear cache at next launch” button.

  • Open the izneo application again.
